1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ekcuci4 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at ekcuci4.cam.

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the ekcuci4 platform — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, or making deposits — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ekcuci4 platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ekcuci4 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward granted by ekcuci4 to a Player subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by ekcuci4 prior to processing withdrawals.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ekcuci4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on ekcuci4. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Accounts on ekcuci4 are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared, or used by any person other than the registered holder.

3.4 Jurisdiction

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the ekcuci4 platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. ekcuci4 does not provide legal advice. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You must update this information promptly should it change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ekcuci4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ekcuci4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ekcuci4 requires the completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit:

• A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad (NRIC), Driving Licence, or Passport;
• Proof of current address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken on the day of submission.

ekcuci4 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the ekcuci4 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Platform must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

5.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to ekcuci4 is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information — including in connection with registration, KYC, or bonus claims — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 System Integrity

You must not attempt to interfere with, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the ekcuci4 Platform, including but not limited to games, odds systems, payment processes, or bonus mechanisms. Any detected attempt to exploit system errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of all associated transactions.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ekcuci4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts are RM50 for e-wallets and RM100 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. All applicable limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) business hours for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to one (1) business day. ekcuci4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals where required, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional review is required.

6.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your ekcuci4 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ekcuci4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

6.5 Currency

The ekcuci4 platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ekcuci4 does not charge foreign exchange fees; however, your payment provider may apply conversion charges for cryptocurrency transactions.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and reward credits offered by ekcuci4 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the applicable terms associated with that specific offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ekcuci4 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 ekcuci4 VIP Programme

Participation in the ekcuci4 VIP Programme is subject to separate programme terms. Tier status, benefits, and reward values are determined by ekcuci4 at its sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

ekcuci4 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed on erroneous odds, during system errors, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

8.2 In-Play Betting

For live in-play sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and other competitions, ekcuci4 may delay bet settlement until official confirmation of results is received from recognised data providers. Settlement decisions made by ekcuci4 based on available data are final.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, ekcuci4 reserves the right to void all affected rounds or bets. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies universally across all gaming products. Players are not entitled to winnings derived from verifiable system errors.

8.4 Responsible Betting Limits

Players may set personal betting limits via the responsible gambling tools in their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ekcuci4 platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and civil or criminal referral:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly unlawful;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or from third-party payment sources;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ekcuci4 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ekcuci4 Platform, including but not limited to the ekcuci4 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ekcuci4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content from the ekcuci4 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ekcuci4. Any unauthorised use of ekcuci4's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ekcuci4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

ekcuci4's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

ekcuci4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee continuous access.

13. Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by ekcuci4

ekcuci4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) ekcuci4 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) a Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require account closure.

13.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting ekcuci4 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified Balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements being satisfied) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all active bonuses, pending free bets, and VIP tier status will be immediately forfeited. Obligations which by their nature survive termination — including dispute resolution provisions and any amounts owed — shall continue in full force.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which ekcuci4 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ekcuci4's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, Players should contact ekcuci4 customer support in writing at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. ekcuci4 will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an independent third-party adjudicator. The outcome of such adjudication shall be final and binding on both parties.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ekcuci4 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ekcuci4 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, notifying Players via registered email.

Your continued use of the ekcuci4 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
